If you need to return your hardware purchase, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Check the Return Conditions
Make sure that your return meets the following conditions:
The hardware is being returned within 14 days of receiving it.
The item is in its original, undamaged packaging.
The original packing slip is included in the package.
Step 2: Prepare Your Return Package
Place the hardware, along with the original packing slip, back into its original packaging.
Ensure that the packaging is secure and the item is protected during shipping.
Step 3: Label the Package

If your return requires more than one package, make sure each package is labeled with the return address and the return number.
Step 4: Ship the Package
Take the package to your preferred shipping service.
Note that return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Keep your proof of shipment: Hold onto the receipt or tracking number from the shipping service. This will allow you to track the package and provide proof in case of any issues.
Step 5: Wait for Processing
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 14 days.
We will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Step 6: Receive Your Refund
The refund will be processed under the name STG MOLLIE PAYMENTS.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear in your account.
